What you can expect from us:</h3

• Performing inspection, repair and maintenance work on building services
• Locating and rectifying faults, errors and defects independently
• Check, operate, optimize and evaluate the technical equipment
• Complete documentation of all services provided (hours, materials, orders)
• Supporting the property manager in all areas of building maintenance
• Participation in the on-call service
• Compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

 

What we expect from you:

• Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic or equivalent training
• Professional experience in the field of building maintenance and mechanical expertise
• Class B driver’s license
• The ability to work in a team
• Independent and customer-oriented way of working
• High level of commitment, resilience and flexibility
