4. Analytics Tools and Advertising
Matomo
Processing of pseudonymized usage data for the continuous improvement of our website (Matomo web analytics service): We use the Matomo web analytics service to continuously improve our website. Matomo processes data from your device (e.g., browser type, resolution, language) as well as data regarding your use of our website (e.g., truncated IP address, pages visited, time) and uses this to create a pseudonymized usage profile. Data from pseudonymized usage profiles is not combined with any personal data processed by URKERN GmbH. Unauthorized third parties cannot access data from pseudonymized usage profiles. Matomo does not use cookies for website analysis.
Pseudonymized usage data is processed via Matomo provided that you have given us your consent at the beginning of your session on our website to process pseudonymized usage data for the purpose of continuously improving our website (for this purpose, we use a technically necessary opt-in/opt-out cookie). Legal basis for the processing of your data: Consent pursuant to Section 15(3) of the German Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz), Article 6(1), sentence 1, letter a of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or Section 25(1) of the German Teleservices Data Protection Act (TTDSG).
