The Festas Juninas are considered the second-largest festival celebrated in Brazil, after the famous Brazilian Carnival. With traditional clothing, customs, and food, the festivities are celebrated with great enthusiasm, especially in the northeast and south of the country.
We at Mala de Herança are bringing this festival to Werksviertel with LIVE music, a forró dance workshop, traditional games, the “Quadrilha” dance group, and traditional foods—especially those made from corn—and much more!
On June 14, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., you can experience it all and join in the fun!
