Making Scented Candles Workshop

This workshop is held in German and English

In this workshop, you’ll make three of your own scented candles using sustainable rapeseed wax. After an introduction to essential oils and working with the wax, you’ll learn the entire process step by step: melting, inserting wicks, selecting a scent, and pouring the candles.

You’ll choose your own containers, decide whether to use a cotton or wooden wick, and can decorate your candles however you like. We have a wide variety of essential oils available for scents, which you can test beforehand—ranging from fruity and fresh to floral, spicy, or oriental. This way, you’ll create candles that perfectly suit your taste and that you can enjoy at home later.

To make sure nothing goes wrong: Our candles need a cool head! Since they set very slowly in the heat, our workshop is held mainly during the cooler months.

In the Highlights on our Instagram channel, you’ll find plenty of examples from past workshops—perfect inspiration for all the possibilities.
