Wine and Paint: Textured Paintings

Wine & Paint means painting while enjoying a glass of wine and getting creative. In this workshop, you’ll create your own textured painting using a palette knife, brush, and texture paste. There’s no set motif—you decide for yourself which shapes and surfaces to create. Our team will support you throughout the process and show you various techniques for creating exciting textures.

The texture paste is thick and holds its shape well once dry. You can apply it with a palette knife, comb, or brush to create different heights and levels. The paste can be colored directly with acrylic paints or painted over after it dries.

We’ll start off with some casual painting exercises on paper so you can experiment with the colors and techniques. Then we’ll move on to your cotton canvas on a stretcher frame. We’ll provide inspiration and support you throughout the process.

– Aprons are provided, but accidents can always happen. Please wear clothes that can get a little dirty.
