Like a short vacation in France. The Boulangerie Dompierre serves fresh croissants, pain au chocolat, delicious tartelettes and, of course, baguettes and sandwiches. Would you prefer a café au lait or a lemonade? There are a few cozy tables inside the café. The terrace seats outside offer a beautiful view of the comings and goings on Knödelplatz.
Ever since the first baguettes came out of our oven, we have been committed to the values of the great French baking tradition according to the “Methode artisanale”. Our baked goods are made without any chemical ingredients. It is certified with the “Label Rouge”, a strictly regulated French seal of quality for “Qualité supérieure”.
