At Sucukeria, (almost) everything revolves around the deliciously spicy garlic sausage. It is processed like kebab meat in our rotisserie, grilled and then put together to make all kinds of sucuk specialties: Sucuk sandwiches with chili, cheese or fried egg, sucuk box with chips and salad, sucuk dürüm… For vegetarians, the sandwiches and boxes are also available with a highly recommended Saitan variant. Sucuk is our passion. Our Sucuk skewer is made from 100% pure beef. In keeping with tradition, the meat is minced several times until it is fine. Our sucuk is seasoned with cayenne pepper, garlic, pepper, salt, allspice and cumin, among other things.
