Heavens Gate Climbing and bouldering hall

In 1998, IG Klettern M&S e.V. opened Heavens Gate, one of Munich’s first climbing gyms, in the old potato flake silos of the former Pfanni factory. What remains are the 30-meter-high silos that have always made it special. New, modern climbing and bouldering areas and a 19-metre high outdoor climbing wall have been added. The result is a fully barrier-free and modern climbing & bouldering facility for all requirements in Werksviertel-Mitte, the innovative and lively urban quarter.

Despite its modernization, Heavens Gate has retained its unique charm. It is a meeting place for everyone, whether young or old, beginner, amateur climber or professional. No matter where you come from or what language you speak. Whether tall, short, fat or thin, no matter what skills someone brings with them, they are welcome here!

With 4500 m² of climbing and bouldering area, as well as the implementation of extensive accessibility, Heavens Gate has developed into a modern facility for all requirements. Trademarks are the 30 m high climbing silos and a 19 m high outdoor climbing wall with sun terrace. The Heavens Gate offers private parties such as children’s birthday parties as well as individually designed corporate events, conferences and incentives.

Whether renting the 55m2 seminar room, individual hall areas or, in special cases, exclusive rental of the entire hall – Heavens gate makes it possible. We offer team building, team meetings and, of course, unforgettable Christmas parties.
