We are delighted: Werksviertel-Mitte has been awarded the 2025 Building Culture Prize in the category “Places for good coexistence”!
The prize, awarded by the European Metropolregion München e.V, honors projects that impress with their sustainable urban development, high quality of stay and innovative usage concepts. Under the motto “Transformation with quality”, neighborhoods and districts are honored that contribute in a special way to the positive development of the metropolitan region. The Werksviertel-Mitte stands for precisely these values – as a place where living, working, culture and leisure come together harmoniously and people are networked in a creative atmosphere.
