With Werksviertel-Mitte, OTEC as project developer is realizing an urban quarter that has set itself the goal of being suitable for great-grandchildren: With what we create today, we want to enable future generations to have a future worth living in.
Under the responsibility of OTEC, many of the old Pfanni factories in Werksviertel-Mitte have been completely renovated and put to new uses. In addition, new buildings of architectural and infrastructural value were added to the site. Otec is not only a project developer, but also an owner by conviction. We are particularly connected to Werksviertel-Mitte through the corporate history of the Eckart family, which has shaped and continues to shape the site.
As a portfolio holder, we orchestrate the interaction of the various companies in the Werksviertel-Mitte corporate family in line with our values. We enable social participation and implement sustainability concepts, we promote sport and exercise as well as crafts, art and culture, we implement and research innovations because we are convinced that this will create added value now and for the future, that our neighborhood will be a place where people enjoy living and working.
