Good friends are important in life – the tradesmen and technicians at Werksviertel Service GmbH are therefore called house friends for good reason. They help with moving in and out, collect and deliver mail, bring larger deliveries to the office, assemble and disassemble, carry out electrical safety checks and take care of fire protection.
The Hausfreunde also run the “Wunschbrunnen” in the neighborhood, where residents can buy everyday products ranging from toothpaste and olive oil to drinks and organic eggs and leave suggestions and ideas. In addition, Werksviertel Service also takes care of traditional facility management, i.e. janitor services, cleaning of common areas, waste disposal, inspections and maintenance.
And as a further service, Service GmbH ensures that all settlers and fellow workers can use the settler fleet, i.e. the eSmarts and the eUp, which can be booked free of charge between 7 am and 8 pm.
