What is more synonymous with joie de vivre than long summer evenings, a good time with friends & family, dancing & music, a cool drink or tasty snacks in your hand while watching a movie or soccer, among other things, and an extraordinary location in the open air?
Free summer program over three weeks
For more than three weeks, guests can expect a varied and free program at SommerWERK. Experience the Sinalco Summer Cinema at the Werksviertel-Mitte. Enjoy the performances on the annual open-air stage on Knödelplatz with a great mix of music, dance and culture. At the weekends, there is also a colorful children’s program on the stage. In addition, the so-called play area, where young and old can try out and enjoy a variety of popular leisure games, is open throughout the entire period at Werksviertel-Mitte. And then there’s the beer garden, where you can watch the final round of the European Football Championship. Especially chilled: the Beacharea in the beer garden with delicious cocktails.

The 2024 European Football Championship is just around the corner and promises to be a spectacular tournament! Fans from all over Europe and the world will be cheering on their teams as they battle it out for the coveted title. The quarter-finals, semi-finals and the grand final will be broadcast live at Knödelplatz.
